On receipt of this completed form from the Customer, Eaton will provide the Customer with the Logon IDs requested, in order to access the Eaton Order Center.

By completing and returning this form, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that it will:
(a) select an appropriate and secure password to use in connection with the Logon ID;
(b) keep both the Logon ID and the password secret and secure and share these details only with those of its personnel who have the authority to place orders with Eaton through the Order Center;
(c) not use any other Logon ID to access the Eaton Order Center other than that allocated to it;
(d) be liable for any transactions placed through the Logon IDs allocated to it; and
(e) comply with all instructions that may be given by Eaton or its representatives concerning access to and use of the Eaton Order Center.

Eaton may, in its absolute discretion, revoke any access given to the Eaton Order Center at any time without notice. *
