Product Return Request

Please note:

• All products must be in warranty, the warranty code can be found on the product label.
• For items that only have date of manufacture, please add this to the detailed description and we will confirm warranty status.
• Eaton Security will aim to issue a TSR within 2 working days (If insufficient data is supplied further information will be requested before a TSR is issued).
• Return the product to distribution adequately packaged and clearly identified with the TSR number to receive a replacement product.
